Triggers Explained

Triggers are used to link-to or recreate an experience. They can be verbal (words), kinesthetic (touch), visual (a look or gesture), or really just about anything at all. Triggers exist all throughout our lives. With hypnosis, we can add, remove, or modify triggers in order to create shortcuts for emotions and experiences. Once a trigger is set, it must be used to keep it strong (or strengthen it). Disuse or inappropriate use leads to the weakening to elimination of set triggers.
